At H.A.M. we believe the roots to most anger issues lays upon various imbalances in human vital energy distribution (chi distribution Chinese medicine) and magnetic energy sources (Ayurvedic and Sufi healing) which must be balanced by letting go of the blockages in the meridians and human magnetic fields. Once we bring all the related meridians who cause anger and the magnetic fields into their original balance state; as a result we do not see any reason to get angry or raged. Why Holistic Anger Management (H.A.M.)?
As specially trained Holistic Anger Management Practitioners, we provide a safe and educational environment to assist individuals in recognizing, managing, and expressing their emotions and feelings particularly their anger. The techniques used in H.A.M. are derived from traditional eastern and western techniques used in Natural Health. Some of our techniques come from Chinese medicine, Ayure Vedic, and Sufi healing based on M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi ® School of Sufism. As specially trained Holistic Anger Management Practitioners, we recognize that in order to manage anger, we must take care of the whole being (.body, emotion, mind, soul) Inner peace and tranquility accompanies every human being during and at the moment of birth. The H.A.M. Program consists of two portions: Full Lifestyle assessment this tool focuses on the participant’s levels of functioning in managing stress and anger; it also includes their communication abilities, and their emotional awareness and strength. Skill enhancement focuses on natural healing techniques to reduce anger. Examples of natural health techniques are using the Chinese Meridian System and Reflexology and The Sufi Ancient Healing Anger Management techniques to focus on enhancing the overall emotional immune system, increasing concentration and self-awareness, improving assertive communication.
